A highly qualified and experienced Project Manager is assigned to each project we undertake.  Their role is pivotal in supporting the Site Manager, and they provide the crucial link between the design, operational and office-based teams, controlling the flow of information and preventing avoidable issues.  Our Project Managers co-ordinate commercial and technical matters, track and plan progress and keep you apprised with:

• Weekly Summary Progress Reports.
• Monthly detailed Contractor Reports.
• Short term cashflow forecasts.
• Regular project cost projections.

In addition to having an in depth understanding of Building Regulations and working closely with third party warranty providers such as NHBC, Premier and ICW, our Site Managers utilise project reporting software to constantly review progress, and check that the quality of workmanship and materials are to the specified standard. 

All of our supply chain is either known and trusted, having worked with us for many years, or fully vetted by Director level staff to ensure they support our Company values.  Our commitment to maintaining the highest quality is non-negotiable and we take great pride in both the standard of work we produce and the cleanliness of our construction sites.

 

 

Health & Safety

Our commitment to providing a safe workplace for our employees and sub-contractors is unshakable.  We invest in innovative technology to prevent accidents and assist in tackling them if they do occur.  Our staff are highly trained by accredited training providers, not only to cope if an accident does occur, but more importantly to plan and execute site activities using recognised safe systems of works, to prevent accidents in the first instance.  We also partner with external Health & Safety consultants who carry out monthly site audits on all of our sites, to help keep us focused on best practice, not just compliance.
